Car stero problem need some advice???

so when im playing my stereo system it cuts off then turns back on but it seems like it onlky does it when the bass and the subs are turned up it never used to do it it started a while ago tho any ideas on what the problem can be??????Car stero problem need some advice???
Sounds to me as if your high level of bass has vibrated a connection loose. If your unit completely turns off, check you connections to you head unit.Car stero problem need some advice???
first try lowering the gain on your amp....and if that doesn't solve the problem...then check every single cable
sound like a connection problem. the entire system shouldn't shut off from overdrawing from the battery/alternator. if that were the case, all of the other electronics in your car would shut off as well. check and recheck your connections. make sure they are securely fastened.

You could be over loading your system amp shuts off. cheap amps overheat and shut off. system could be draining battery faster than alternator can charge.
I would say that your amp is not powerful enough for your subs and it cuts off because it is trying to give more power than it has, thus overheating. Another possibility is that your battery is draining. If your lights are dimming as well and your system is cutting out try to add a capacitor or a bigger alternator to your car system
