ADVICE NEEDED: School problem.?

We had midterms last week, which count as 1/6 of our grade, and if you miss/fail one, you fail the class for the year. We came to school at 9:00 AM, and left once we were finished with the tests at 11:00 AM. My band midterm was scheduled after the main exam on Friday at 11:40 AM, but i forgot to to go it. I still think i need a good night of practice before taking it, but my trumpet is in school. I could get it tomorrow, but what if my teacher asks about it in class? I'm pretty sure he would let me make up the midterm, but what if he says I have to do it after school that day and I haven't gotten my well-needed night of practice? Should i ask him for another day? Well, if you think he will let you make up the mid-term...then I am sure he will let you do it a day later. Just ask him nicely if it would be okay if you did it the next day and if there is any penalty to it. If it doesnt work out, then just do it! You will be fine. =D
if u have ur music then juss go somewere quiet like u wud 2 study for anything else and just finger the music as if u wer playing ur trumpet its still good practice im not sure about ur school but they dont like itat mine if u dont hav a good excuse for missin somethin like u need to go to the hospital or somethin.. practice how ever u can and if u rilly need to ask for another day then do it...good luck man, kick some ***

Sorry bout that i do not no what to do i would just go up to him and tell him the truth and say that you need another day and most likly he will let you all you have to do is tell the truth. hopes this helps..
First of all YOU FORGOT!!! Second of all I dont think that you deserve another night of practice because it would not be fair to the others but since your back is against the wall you dont have any other choice but to ASK for the extra night.
ask for the day, if he says no, he says no. No harm in trying.
You'll never get an extra day if you don't ask, so it's worth a shot. However, since you missed the originally scheduled midterm, his position is likely to be ';you should have been prepared for this already since it was yesterday.';

it kinda sounds like that it is your own fault for not being prepared. every one else had to take it when they were soposed to i dont think it would be fair to let you take it another day.
