You need to go to your GP or Gyno. It may be an infection, such as thrush, this can occur without having sex, its just a build up of yeast and it can cause swelling of the labia. However it may be a number of other things, to be sure you do need to go and see your doctor.
Go to the doctors or your OBGYN. Im sure they will see what the problem is. If its not going to go away soon I suggest you go to the docs.
